DENVER — New Level Radio, the music and marketing industry leader that has been providing businesses with 100% customizable radio networks for 15 years, has partnered with the newly reopened Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas.

The iconic Las Vegas resort is utilizing specially curated music, video and messaging programming created by New Level Radio throughout its sprawling 73,000 square-foot casino. Upon its grand re-opening on April 27, Palms became the first Native American owned and operated casino in Las Vegas, following the San Manuel Gaming and Hospitality Authority (SMGHA) purchase of the property last year.

“New Level Radio is excited to be a part of Las Vegas history and we’re so happy we’ve been able to play a role in re-introducing this amazing property,” said New Level Radio Co-Founder and Vice President Nathan Green after attending Palm’s opening gala celebration. “We’re honored to be tasked with creating an optimal atmosphere for guests of Palms in nearly 40 different zones, each with its own unique playlist, including everywhere from the casino floor to the pool area to the restaurants to the porte cochere.”

New Level Radio delivers branded content to its clients that is continuously refreshed and revolves around each property's specific products, promotions and corporate focus, as well as any specific COVID-19 safety protocols. The strategic messaging includes targeted point of purchase information that enhances the overall guest experience and, in turn, translates to additional revenue.

"It was important for us to ensure our entire resort had the perfect music and messaging that resonates with the guests in each zone of the property throughout the day and evening and New Level Radio helped us attain that very important goal," said Crystal Robinson, Vice President of Entertainment & Activation at Palms Casino Resort. "Nathan and his team's reputation as true experts in the field is unparalleled and Palms is thrilled to partner with them."

In addition to Palms, New Level Radio works with some of the most well-known casino names and brands in the world, including MGM Grand, The Mirage, Mandalay Bay, New York New York and Tropicana in Las Vegas; Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut; Talking Stick Resort and Casino in Arizona; and Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Mississippi.

BY NATHAN GREEN, CEO, NEW LEVEL RADIO After years of building New Level Radio from the ground up, I’ve learned something that may be surprising: Success rarely comes from selling. It comes from showing up — especially for others. People say, “It’s all about who you know.” But I’ve found it’s more about how you show up for the people you know — and the people you’re about to meet. Some of the most meaningful growth we’ve had at New Level Radio didn’t come from chasing deals. It came from helping others, even when it didn’t immediately benefit us. When we launched New Level Radio, we were a small startup with big ideas — customizing in-store music and messaging programs for businesses that aligned with a brand’s identity. But we didn’t have a marketing budget or a sales team spanning the country. What we did have were people we knew, and people we were willing to meet.
