New Level Radio Enters New York Market with Jake’s 58 Hotel & Casino Partnership

DENVER, CO New Level Radio has entered the New York gaming market for the first time through a new partnership with Jake’s 58 Hotel & Casino in Islandia, marking a key milestone in the company’s continued national expansion.

The agreement with Jake’s 58 introduces New Level Radio’s customized music and messaging platform to one of the country's most competitive regional gaming markets. The Suffolk County property now features tailored on-property audio programming designed to reflect its brand, promotions, and guest experience across the casino floor and hotel.

“New York has always been a market we’ve had our eye on, and Jake’s 58 is the right partner to make that entry,” said Nathan Green, CEO and Co-Founder of New Level Radio. “They understand how important atmosphere and communication are to the guest experience, and we’re excited to bring a program that evolves with their property every day.”

David Mullen, Senior Director of Marketing at Jake's 58 Casino, added: "New Level Radio has given us the ability to create an atmosphere that's uniquely Jake's 58. Our guests notice the difference, and we can now communicate what's happening across the property in real time. It's exactly what we needed."

The Jake’s 58 partnership is part of a broader wave of new client additions for New Level Radio. The company has also recently partnered with Glacier Peaks Casino in Montana, Casino Fandango and Legends Bay Casino in Nevada, Casino Miami in Florida, and Legends Casino Hotel in Washington.

New Level Radio provides on-property music, messaging, and video programming to hundreds of businesses across 30 states in the U.S., serving a diverse mix of tribal casinos, regional gaming properties, and destination resorts.

“Our growth has been driven by one thing,” Green added. “Properties want programming that feels alive, relevant, and specific to their guests. We build systems that adapt in real time to what’s happening on the floor, and that’s resonating in markets all over the country.”

Led by a team of radio and music industry experts, New Level Radio creates branded messaging utilizing state-of-the-art technology. It adapts the programming regularly, revolving around each property's products, promotions, and corporate focus.

The Denver-based company has carved a niche in the casino/gaming industry with a client base that includes Palms Casino Resort, MGM Grand, Mandalay Bay, and New York New York in Las Vegas, as well as Foxwoods Resort Casino in Connecticut, Talking Stick Resort and Casino in Arizona, and Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Mississippi.

BY NATHAN GREEN, CEO, NEW LEVEL RADIO After years of building New Level Radio from the ground up, I’ve learned something that may be surprising: Success rarely comes from selling. It comes from showing up — especially for others. People say, “It’s all about who you know.” But I’ve found it’s more about how you show up for the people you know — and the people you’re about to meet. Some of the most meaningful growth we’ve had at New Level Radio didn’t come from chasing deals. It came from helping others, even when it didn’t immediately benefit us. When we launched New Level Radio, we were a small startup with big ideas — customizing in-store music and messaging programs for businesses that aligned with a brand’s identity. But we didn’t have a marketing budget or a sales team spanning the country. What we did have were people we knew, and people we were willing to meet.
